Default WWE not pushing other races?

For example, I was pulling for MVP and Shelton Benjamin. Benjamin has weak mic skills I know but what about Dave Batista? His mic skill was as not phenomenal as Benjamin yet he's been the WWE Champ for multiple times. MVP on the other hand, had in-ring ability, good mic skills and charisma, but just ended up not getting a push besides U.S. title which isn't really a major title run at all. The reason why I brought this up was because I heard CM Punk's getting released soon and seems to me like he wasn't satisfied with the WWE officials not using him correctly and that leads him to be out of WWE. If CM Punk will not return to the WWE because he wasn't happy with his current role, it just seems like the same pattern as MVP not being satisfied with the company for using him in wrong way. So I'm wondering, Why isn't there that many African American SUPERSTARS who aren't getting a major push? Hell even John Morrison is getting spotlights and he's not even a champion.

(Don't mention The Rock Booker T. Rocky wasn't even all black and as for Booker, he was only a World Heavyweight Champion and his gimmick was as bad as blue mini, on top of that, he was a heel. Don't count WCW reign)

Currently they are. Del Rio is rumored to be #1 contender at Summerskam, Sin Cara is undfeated. Mark Henry is on roll by taking out the Big Show and Kane, Kofi Kingston was just United States Champ, Big Zeke is current Intercontiental Champ and R-Truth was just #1 contender and is a brilliant heel, so...

Well, WWE was founded on rednecks. What do you expect making a black guy a huge champion?

Alberto Del Rio did have a push at the start of his WWE career, but WWE don't want to over-push him because then people will be complaining that Del Rio is being overused.

Mark Henry is getting a push, I mean, where was he a few months ago..Low-Carder...Now he is feuding with Orton, Sheamus and Christian for the World Heavyweight Title... I know he may never get it but its the biggest push he's had for years

Kofi Kingston and Ezekiel Jackson...Both have been or are champions within the last month

R-Truth was in the Main Event at Capitol Punishment and has been a main eventer for quite some time...Even know he lost, I'd think he'd rather lose a main event rather than not compete

So yes, other races are getting pushed recently
