I thought it was very good and I would recommend it. It really goes more into Fozzy and it's about his WWE years and his return after 2 years out of WWE.

Undisputed is a continuation from his first book. Both are autobiographies, telling his life story. Undisputed picks up where A Lion's Tale ended, meaning a lot of it is about his foray into Rock Roll with his band Fozzy. Jericho is an excellent storyteller and very funny. If you liked his first book you will like Undisputed. Just be aware that it's not all about his life in wrestling, though he does cover what he did in wrestling after A Lion's Tale ended and the times before and after his venture with Fozzy.
