Remember when there were patrol officers, IRS guy, road warriors and all the other original gimmicks. Now there are only big guys with steroid muscles. Even Alberto Del Rio is too corny instead of being interesting? Did everybody just lose imagination?

great question, but I believe what they're doing NOW is boring I MISS those gimmicks.

gimmicks make wrestlers actors, without it your watching fake MMA. That's boring.

gimmicks i love/d:

RIc Rude

RAZOR RAMON Cuban drug dealer

Rick Martel

Millions Dollar Man

IRS

Undertaker

HBK in bondage

Jake the Snake

Macho Man

Alberto Del Rio is the best performer in wrestling. It's a great character he plays well. It gives reasons to hate the Heel.

VIGS promos are **** without gimmicks. Yes the crowd creative team today have no imagination. Same thing is happeing in music, it's too upfront, lyrics that lack metaphors. example do you really think Nickel Back could write Stairway to Heaven?

They still have The Undertaker and his gimmick certainly isn't boring.
