Do you think TNA is getting to be more like what WCW was in the 90's?

If you mean the Hogan / Bischoff / Russo team causing it circle the drain at an ever faster rate until it finally goes under - then yeah. Its pretty much exactly like watching a replay of WCW going down the tubes.

Yea defiantly! They have pretty much the same wrestlers that wrestled that time and are always trying to out top WWE. But i guess that's what you get when you have Hogan and Bishop together running a company!!

Sure there's a connection with Hogan and Bischoff, but otherwise a lot of things are different.

They're not allowing wrestlers to control their characters too much, as happened in WCW. They're not wasting air time on Mexican wrestlers. They're still allowing some aspects of hardcore wrestling on the show, which WCW did not (they famously told Public Enemy to stop putting opponents through tables, which the audiences LOVED!!).

They allow the physically-smaller wrestlers to become main-eventers and to have compelling storylines. They're not keeping guys under contract who are not appearing on the show, which was something WCW did a LOT! (They were paying Brad Armstrong 100K a year to watch Nitro on TV!)

I'm not sure where the anger towards TNA comes from on the part of some WWE fans. Maybe they feel too invested in their favorite promotion to realize that there's room for more than one.
