Default Big Japan results *old title brought back*

Many Big Japan fans believe the company did in Yokohama yesterday what it failed to do last year, when it promised it would, and that is revitalize the company. Big Japan ran it's best show for a long time on Sunday in Yokohama, with some surprises and several big matches. Bad Boy Hido, who's career was reborn in Big Japan in 2001 and 2002, returned to the company after a long absence, teaming with Mad Man Pondo to beat Yamakawa & Gosaku in a bloody Dark Light Bulb Death Match.

The young and talented team of Ryuji Ito & Daisaku Shimoda upset Daikokubo Benkei & Abdullah Kobayashi to capture the WEW Hardcore Tag Team Title. MEN's Teioh made a successful V1 defense of his BJW Heavyweight Title, downing the man he took the belt from, Daisuke Sekimoto, in a 23 minute thriller.

And finally, the legendary BJW Death Match Heavyweight Title was resurrected, with Kintaro Kanemura beating Shadow WX in another gory match. Said to be awesome for fans of the style. The title had been vacant since Zandig/CZW left the company in 12/01, and all defenses in America since then are unrecognized and invalid. Hopefully, Kanemura can restore the damaged prestige of the title. This show will be aired on Samurai! TV at some point, Big Japan's return to the network. The important thing now is for Dai Nihon to build on what this show achieved, and try to restore the old magic. Great Kojika made a call for Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Satoshi Kojima to enter Big Japan and fight in Death Matches.
