Default Who was the last person to win a title at Judgment Day + BQ?

I am out of interesting facts about Extreme Rules, lol.

But I was looking at past PPV's and thought this was interesting. So who can tell me the answer. RETAINING A TITLE DOES NOT COUNT!

BQ: Any interesting facts about Extreme Rules I didn't mention?

MVP was the last person to win a Championship at Judgment Day. It was back in Judgement Day 2007, where he defeated Chris Benoit is 2 Out of Three Falls match-up to win his first major title in the WWE.

BQ: Only one ECW original competed at WWE's Exteme Rules PPV.

If you say retaining a title doesnt count. The LAST person to win a NEW title is MVP in 2007 beating Chris Benoit in a two out of three falls match

BQ: I didnt see any of your questions so idk
