lmao, you mean Todd Grisham? He's the only one missing on SmackDown.. I think he got demoted for being such a horrible announcer. But if your talking about Josh Matthews well he's on Smackdown every week.

If you're talking about Josh Matthews, than he's on the commentating booth with Michael Cole and Booker T as Smackdown's three man announce team. He always opens the show and he did the same thing earlier tonight.
