Default Jeff Hardy is guilty for drug charges and he will face time in jail. Is he going to

forfeit his belt? Next year he is going to jail and will be out for a while but what is going to happened to his TNA WHC belt? Is it going to be vacant and are there going to be a tournament for the title?

wow an internet reporter says something and everyone takes it as a FACT. These same reporters said a few months ago that the charges against Hardy were dropped. Then a couple days later we find out they were wrong.

In cases like this if someone is going to plead guilty, it is because of a plea agreement. That means the major charges get dropped. The person agress to 1 or 2 of the lesser charges. They end up with probation more often than not. In some cases they serve like a month or 2. Only time will tell.
