Default Njpw Results From 2-15-03

New Japan ran their February 15th rally at Sanjo Welfare Hall (Niigata), claiming 1,600 paid. Results:

1. Super Crazy & Curry Man defeated Ryusuke Taguchi & El Samurai in 11 minutes, 45 seconds when Crazy used a moonsault press on Taguchi for the win.

2. Shinsuke Nakamura & Osamu Nishimura went to a 15-minute draw with Toru Yano & Blue Wolf.

3. Koji Kanemoto, Jadoh, Gedoh, & Jushin Liger went to a double count-out in 11 minutes, 25 seconds with Akira Nogami, Tiger Mask IV, Masahito Kakihara, & Heat. Kanemoto & Nogami were the two counted out.

4. Josh Barnett defeated Yutaka Yoshie in 5 minutes, 42 seconds with a German Suplex Hold for the referee stoppage.

5. Takashi Iizuka, Tatsutoshi Goto, Hiro Saito, & Yuji Nagata defeated Makai Masks #1, #4, #5, & Kazunari Murakami in 14 minutes, 28 seconds when Iizuka used a choke sleeper on #4 for the referee stoppage.

6. Ryushi Yanagisawa & Tadao Yasuda defeated Shin'ya Makabe & Yoshihiro Takayama in 11 minutes, 59 seconds when Yanagisawa used a right hook on Makabe for the win.

7. Masa Chono & Manabu Nakanishi defeated Perry Saturn & Mike Barton in 10 minutes, 51 seconds when Chono used an STF on Saturn for the win.

After the show, the order of the card line-up for NJ's 2/16 Ryogoku Kokugikan (Sumo Hall) show in Tokyo was announced. Line-up and order:

1. Manabu Nakanishi vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi (15-minute time limit)
2. Toru Yano vs. Shin'ya Makabe
3. Osamu Nishimura vs. Curry Man
4. Yutaka Yoshie & Takashi Iizuka vs. Makai Masks #4 & #5
5. Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Kazunari Murakami
6. Michiyoshi Ohara, Tatsutoshi Goto, & Hiro Saito vs. Makai Masks #1, #2, and Tadao Yasuda
7. Super Jr. Elimination Match: Minoru Fujita, Gedoh, El Samurai, Jushin Liger, & Koji Kanemoto vs. Super Crazy, Tiger Mask IV, Masahito Kakihara, Heat, & Akira Nogami

Kiyoshi Tamura's U-STYLE promotion debut today at Differ Ariake in Tokyo (2/15) with the sell-out crowd of over 1,500. Results:

- Before the show, fans were shown an electronic scoreboard installed and rule demonstrations were shown with young fighters to make sure the audience knew what the rules were for scoring.

1. Katsushisa Fujii defeated Ryo Echigo in 1 minute, 33 seconds by referee stoppage from a double wrist-lock.

2. Manabu Hara defeated Naoki Kimura in 7 minutes, 41 seconds by submission from a choke sleeper.

3. Yasuhito Namekawa defeated Kyosuke Sasaki in 9 minutes, 14 seconds by submission after Namekawa trapped Sasaki on the ground after an escape from a knee-bar submission hold.

4. Ryuuki Ueyama defeated Hiroyuki Ito in 8 minutes, 47 seconds with a leg submission.

After the fourth match, Dokonjonosuk Mishima (formerly of Shooto) challenged Kiyoshi Tamura to a match in April at U-STYLE's 2nd show at Differ Ariake.

5. Takehiro Murahama defeated Kazuki Okubo in 7 minutes, 13 seconds after using a high-angle German suplex and transitioned into an arm-submission hold. Murahama challenged Tamura after the match.

6. Kiyoshi Tamura defeated Wataru Sakata in 11 minutes, 46 seconds with a front-choke hold. They played the match down to the wire with a 3-3 score.

- After the show, the fan reaction was that U-STYLE was a better version of Battlarts and most fans in attendance were new fans who weren't long-term UWF followers. However, the fans were very happy with the show and cheered hard.

- Also after the show, three names participating in the future for U-STYLE floated around: Yuji Nagata, Josh Barnett, and Ryoji Sai.

ZERO-ONE announced their March 2nd (2nd anniversary) card line-up for their big show at Ryogoku Kokugikan (Sumo Hall) in Tokyo. Line-up:

Osaka Pro ran their February 15th rally at Festival Gate, claiming 251 paid. Results:

1. Miracle Man defeated Yutaka Fukuda in 10 minutes, 59 seconds with a leg submission hold.

2. BK Kid defeated Turtuger in 9 minutes, 46 seconds with a La Magistral.

3. Super Robo K & Ebessan defeated Super Delfin & Perro in 11 minutes, 8 seconds when Ebessan used a school-boy on Perro for the win.

4. Goa (new masked men in camouflage) defeated Tiger's Mask in 2 minutes, 21 seconds with the "limiter shock" finisher.

5. Gamma, Tsubasa, & Black Buffalo defeated Big Boss MA-G-MA, Daio QUALLT, & Black Tiger's in 13 minutes, 33 seconds when Gamma used a frankensteiner on Black Tiger's for the win.

credit puroresu power

I really dont have a deep knowledge in Puroresu as it is now. But i used tp buy alot of,Liger, Sasuke, Ultimo Dragon, Muto, Kobashi and Misawa stuff years ago, i 've really slowed down in that field of the sport, but not to worry, i got videos in the mail, and i'll school you people to this shit, like i do everything else...But now that Blood is back, he can give you a better insight then 95% of the "Pro Wrestling Reporters" out there...So feel free to give us the goods Blood.
