Default Quad core processor usage percentages?

If I put this in the wrong place could you please move it to the correct category? Thanks!

My last computer was before the multi cores were invented so I don't know if this is usual or a sign of something wrong. 1, 2, & 3 are all running between 20% - 40% but 4 is running between 50% - 70%. I've been watching it off and on for almost 2 weeks now. It's consistent. Is there something wrong with my processor or should it be this way?

please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
