We sit here and talk about video games, But the true question is....


Is there a game that makes you happy to be a gamer?


I Think that Sonic the hedgehog 2 was one. it was a fun title, large levels, great replayability, Awesome level music (Oil ocean!).

Another would be final fantasy 8. before i rented FF8 for the first time, I Would Never even bother playing an RPG, it changed my life, and how i perceived Video gaming. While i realize that it wasn't the greatest of the series, it's still what made me enjoy RPGS.

the first game i ever had was the new zealand story it was a platform game for the amiga and ive respected and spent far too much time playing games since.

FF7 made me enjoy RPG's so much more. If it wasn't for that game I probably wouldn't of tried any others.

FFVII definately made me want to play RPG's more.
F.A cup 87 (commodore 64) - got me hooked on sports strategy games
And the arcade sports machines got me hooked on all types of sports games from EA sports

Probaly zelda the link to the past or my all time fav super mario bros 3 for nes but i'm starting to like the sims.

Grand Theft Auto 3

Finally someone had enough nerve, to make a game without any restriction of content, it's forefather series on PS1 are also classics in their own right, GTA3 made me appreciate this type of medium once again, besides it lead the way for Vice City, that reason alone, is more than enough.
