Me I work out everyother day and I am by no means a gym Rat but in the past 2 months I started takeing creatine just a tablespoon everyday with my work outs so it is realy everyother day, admittedly I am realy noticeing results my workouts last longer and I never get tired, I have been told creatine blocks lactic acids and allows the user to pull water into muscle tissue. I have alos noticed some well speedy side effects, but I never stack, Stacking is when someone takes a creatine overload 4 tablespoons for one day, that has got to be close to steroid abuse. I am big enough so now I am thinking about slowing down with creatine anyone ever heard of bad longe term sideeffects? And what up with stacker 2 is that just legal speed?

Yeah i use Creatine. If you use it sensibly, then the side effects are pretty much nothing.
Like you i don't heavy load, cause most of the creatine you use when you heavy load goes to waste. Some of the side effects are Acne, Heart pains, and Liver pains. Cause creatine makes you hold in lots of water, it's best to drink alot of it. Also, it's good to use creatine with Carbohydrates, because apparently it helps absorbtion into the Muscles. Also it's best to take some Vitamans when your using it. I take a vitaman C tablet, a multivitaman tablet, a zinc tablet and a Magnesium tablet when using creatine, cause you have probably noticed, when you take creatine (how can i put this nicely) your not regular. Thats about all i know. i dunno anything about stacker 2. |
