Has anyone bought/seen this one yet? I bought the nWo Back in Black DVD, and was disappointed by that, so I'm going to think more carefully before buying another WWE DVD. Is the Hogan one any better than WWE's previous offerings on DVD?

I also bought Back in Black just four days ago. Personally, I enjoyed it. It had the complete origin of the nWo, their first year of terror, their WWF debut, and extras. Cool matches like Scott Hall and Kevin Nash vs. Sting, Lex Luger and Randy Savage from Bash at the Beach '96. Hulk Hogan, Fake Sting, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash vs. Sting, Lex Luger, Ric Flair and Arn Anderson in a War Games match at Fall Brawl '96. Also, Kevin Nash vs. Goldberg at Starrcade '98. And also Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash vs. The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin from RAW on March 11. I don't see how you could dislike this DVD.
Anyway, to answer your question, yes. HSR is a worthwhile purchase, because it tells a lot about the history of Hulkamania and it has a lot of comedic value. Watching Hulk Hogan train "Mean" Gene Okurlund, and also a hidden Easter egg of Mean Gene singing Tutti Fruity is worth the price of admission alone.

Oh, and I wish Hogan-Rock's full match from WMX8 would be on it (I didn't see it on PPV), but they only showed clips of it.

No offense, but you guys are wrong. I think you guys missed the point of the whole DVD. It didn't show any footage of nWo Wolfpac or nWo 2000 because the DVD was only supposed to highlight HOGAN, HALL and NASH. Those are the guys that had resurfaced in the WWF, and the DVD was meant to be a profile on them and them only. It wasn't meant to be a profile on Konnan, Vincent, Scott Norton, Buff Bagwell, or the 500 other WCW jobbers that joined the group. Just the three.
