Last year I lost about 30 pounds, I was overweight by a lot. But after I lost all the weight I went and lifted weights liek mad and now I'm 180lbs of muscle and nearly have a six pack... It was a big turn-around. But how I did it was through lots of exercise and I ate very little, but when I did it was always protein supplements, chicken, potatoes, and skim milk.

That's cool Vulcan. Congrats on the accomplishment. I am at the beginning of the process right now. I want to lose 20 lbs in the next 3 months or so, and then start bulking up and toning up. I started using Herbalife products last month, and have already noticed a difference in my energy level, as well as some slight weight loss. Hopefully in a year I'll have significant changes, and will have similar results to you Vulcan.

I just started eating better and Excersizing a little. Like jogging for 15 mins a day. It works pretty well. I'd like to loose a little more but I'm allready at 173. I think I'd have to stop drinking so much beer to loose any more weight.

I go to the gym since this week . I want to lose 10 lbs , but mostly I want to get some more muscles . Hopefully it'll work .

Also trying a sport on the side wouldn't hurt ethier... For me theres, Football, basketball, and tae-kwon do.

I had to drop ten lbs for to make a boxing division

stackers two is wonderful for that, as well as cutting out your carbs. I don't touch bread, potatoes, butter, anything with a load of carbs is off limits.

I try and make sure that all my meals for the day combined don't go over 85 to 90 carbs. You'd be surprised how fast you'll lose weight and it's healthier to cut out the carbs.

I learned to just take a knife and slice away all that blubber from around your gut!

Yeah it hurts and they'll send u to a mental hospital but at least u have that lean mean body u always wanted!

I went from 185 to 150 in a few months 2 years ago by replacing my weekly McDonald's super-size value meal with Subway, believe it or not.

I also stopped eating fattening foods after 10 PM each night...that probably helped.

But since then I have ballooned to 160.
