Flair only said/thinks that because while he was grinding out ***** matches, wrestling with Sting for 60 minutes to a draw in NWA, Hogan was mailing in ** matches with whatever the heel flavor of the month was, touring the world, appearing in Rocky III, being in cartoons and movies and basically becoming the reason that Pro Wrestling has become a billion dollar industry.
Sure...Flair has a point, but face it...without Hogan, Professional Wrestling would probably still be a regional business, lining the pockets of the owners but not so much for the wrestlers, and the pay would probably be so crappy as to make TNA's compensation look Big Time.
I hear ya, Ric...I do. But come on...you shouldn't have to talk about this. We all know you were the better wrestler. We all know Hogan was nothing but steroids, the handlebar 'stache and a lot of hot air. We know. Don't talk about it...it makes you seem whiney.
After all you've been through, Flair...after all you did to bring integrity to Pro freaking Wrestling, please don't get on a soapbox about how Hogan was nothing without Vince's financial backing and master plan. We know.
